Lerning english at university

Welcome to my last blog. This blog will be about my experience attending English classes this year at my university. The first thing to says is that I liked the classes because in them we practice a lot the speaking part of the language and that’s a thing I don’t really have another instant in my life to speak in English so I appreciate that aspect of the classes, also I think that the themes of the units we had were useful in case I need to travel to a English speaking country because we practice about how to ask for places as well vocabulary about spending money. Other thing in the classes this year was the blogs, and they also help me a lot. Before this class I hadn’t much experience writing big texts, in school I only had to write sentences in the exams, so I was a little scared about the firs blogs, but now I am more confident about writing in English and I think that at least my texts are legible jajaja. Changes to my Study Programme

Hi everyone, today I’ll will write about the things I would like to change in how the university teaches my career. I’m studying design in the Universidad de Chile, in the Architecture and Urbanism campus, I entered in 2020 when the coronavirus was already here, so my first approach to university life was very different, but still, I noticed some things in this campus that I would like that the university took other paths in the way they manage it. The first thing is the workload of the students, I don’t understand sometimes the amount of work that some students must do in some courses, and how they always leave work for the same week in several courses. I think that if there were better communication between teachers or better organization in the campus this wouldn’t occur so much. Other things that bother me is when I must contact someone for some paperwork for example, its take me a hard time to find the exact persons to talk about the problem, because the contact information

My Future Job

Hi to all my readers, today I will write about what job I would like to have in the future. Being honest I’m not sure yet, because in design you have a lot of options to choose, but I have some vague ideas about what things I would like to do in my future job. First of all, I wish that in my future work I did not have to be in an office all day. I love to travel I think it’s a so good way to learn and experience new things, but I’m not sure if a would enjoy it in a work dynamic, it wouldn’t be the same. In terms of money, I don’t ask to become a millionaire, as long as I can support my family to live a good life, I’m happy whit it. I decided to study design because to me was the most interesting choice that I found when I was watching college mayors, and when I talk to some students It really got me that the career is so vast, and you can work whit a lot of other disciplines. Maybe I would like to work in something whit video games like level and character design, or designing to

Tools that i use in my proyects

Hi to all my readers, in todays blog I’m going to talk about all the tools and programs that I needed to use for my different design projects in college. I’ve had to do all kinds of things in these four semesters, but I separate in two, the ones that become an object like a model or a stencil to give real examples, and the ones that you only need to send by computer. For both in some case you need to start creating prototypes in different software, in my case I have used Illustrator, Photoshop and Inkscape for pictures and infographics. For the firsts ones I have various pens and pencils for drawing sketches, a cutter and a precision blade, masking tape, silicone glue, all kinds of rulers and the ability to hoard all the cardboard in case I need it in the future. For the other kinds of projects, it depends on what it is, for images the ones that I mention before, but also, I’ve had to makes videos for some classes, for that I use Premier to edit, and for documents and presentations I

My hobby

Hi to all of you guys, in this post I’m going to tell you about one of my hobbies  that enjoy in my free time, that is playing Dungeons and Dragons. Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) is a tabletop role playing game in which you and some friends create characters to control in a fantasy setting or you could be the dungeon master, the one telling the players all that occur in the game. To play the game you only really need like paper and pens, some role-playing dices and use your imagination. I started playing this game because of a friend I had in school, and I really love it, is fun to let you go in the histories you ended creating and having these adventures. I really recommend it if you want to try it but i strongly recommend to have someone who had played before to guide whit all the doubt that you could experience during the first sessions.

My best vacations

Hi everyone, today I’m going to talk about my best vacations so far. In December of 2016 I had my study tour with all my classmates in Rapa Nui, it was an amazing experience, it’s funny that I’m not sure how many days lasted, but I think it was like five or six days. Rapa Nui has so much to do. We stayed in Hanga Roa, visited iconic places of the island like Anakenas beach, Tongariki, Rano Raraku, the top of the Ranu Kau and Orongo, we hike to the top of the Terevaka mount as well, and the guide we had taught us many things in all the places. The only “bad” thing was the climate because it rains all the days we were there, but even with the rainy days I really have a great time with all my classmate and some teachers. We even visit like the prison there that have tree guys, they were pretty cool and calm, and the inmates were able to make and sell some crafts to. We did and learned a lot of things in this vacation like learn about the island and the history of the people who live the

A country i would like to visit

Hi, I hope everyone reading this is ok and having a good day. In this blog i will talk about the country I would choose to visit if i have the opportunity to travel there. I like to travel in general so there is a lot of places that i would love to go, but if i have to pick my N°1 option, that would be Ecuador, especifically the Galápagos islands. The Galapagos islands are an archipelago, that is compose of 18 main islands and a lot of rocks and islets. In Galapagos you can see really beautiful landscapes, like the beaches that are so gorgeus and have such a calm aura, also some islands have amazing hike trails that let you discover more deeply the variety of all of them, but the main reason i want to visit Galapagos is because is the home of some really awesome animals that only lives in this place, like for example the marine iguana, the galapagos tortoise and all the ocean ecosystem. To me the possibility to see all this different and wonderfull creatures would be an unforgettable e
